The site design provides a porte-cochere at the entry, a private access road with 100 parking spaces, and a pedestrian pathway to enclose the facility. Landscape design accents the entry and dining room views and a protected interior courtyard features a large Valley Oak tree.

The facility wings are 2 stories with studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom units. Design of the facility provides a separation between the residential and common areas for the privacy of the residents. The enclosed 'loop' corridor provides residents with security and ease of travel and service. Common areas include dining, private dining, activity/PT and Spa/TV rooms, gift shop and beauty/barber shops for the convenience of the residents.
