BFHL planned this 13-acre campus to include a 100-unit independent Living Facility, two 50-unit assisted living facilities, and a 50-bed expansion to the existing 99 bed skilled nursing facility.

The first assisted living facility is designed as a three building "Village" with two resident wings and a central commons connected by loggias. The project is designed in a residential motif and worked with the existing SNF. The campus landscape design incorporates an informal back yard for the use of all residents with meandering paths connecting destination gardens and features including a potting shed and gazebo.
