This 60-bed Skilled Nursing Facility was planned for a 17.5 acre pastoral site in Fremont. The design of the building emerged from a careful balancing the functional, economic, aesthetic, and environmental aspects needed to create a therapeutic and sustainable facility.

The residential aesthetic creates a sense of home for the residents and reflects the surrounding neighborhood. The facility provides medical, speech, physical and occupational therapies. A combination of private and semi-private resident rooms, lounges, activity and dining areas, and secure outdoor terraces take advantage of the peaceful surroundings.
