BFHL's team includes highly experienced principals, a diverse set of project managers, and a core group of
young architects that have been together for the past few years.
BFHL is led by principals Ralph Lotito and Brett Paloutzian, who have worked together for the past 15 years and
bring complementary expertise to all of our projects. Brett provides guidance and direction on technical and code
related issues, while Ralph specializes in functional and planning issues. This balance leads to
comprehensive problem solving and documentation.
